Track, Trace and Monitor

Our fully managed Track and Trace solution brought to you in partnership with Sprout. 100% GDPR and UK Government Policy compliant.

A quick, easy and contactless way to capture and securely store Track and Trace data for your location.

  • £4.99 per location per month as part of any 12-month Managed Service contract with a Stand

How does it work?

We'll setup and manage Track and Trace for all of your locations / venues so you can get on with running your business

Customer registrations

Your customers check-in at your venue easily by scanning a QR code at the point-of-entry. Optionally, customers can scan another QR code to record their departure time. There is no need to download an app!


We'll capture and securely store the data with the date and time of check-in. Data collected, stored and deleted as per Government Guidelines.


If required to access the data for contact tracing, we will export the data for you with a search/filter for any given date and provide it to the NHS Tracing Unit.

No gadgets, no fuss

You do not need to invest in any additional hardware or devices. There is nothing further to be done, we will print your high quality, QR code labels and send them to you to be added to your Stand.

Multiple Locations? No worries.

If your business trades within multiple locations/sites, we will setup each individual location for you using a simple template you complete with the location info. Data will be stored separately for each location.


All data collected by the Check In app is stored and deleted as per Government Guidelines. Data is only available to the Check In App account holder and ClearWater Monitor.

If required to provide your visit records for contact tracing we (or you) can download this data from your Check In app account.

If marketing consent (via the patron opting in at the time of completing their check in contact details) is provided you can also access this data via the Check In app backend.
